The wekends have been arranged to exploit to avoid travel on friday and other expensive travel days. They start on thursday afternoon/evening and end o Sunday morning for easier travel arrangments.
Train, bus or boat travel to Elea/ Ascea is not expensive and there are many cheap daily flights to Naples or Rome airports from many European cities.
Getting to Ascea is very simple by road and
especially by train. Arrival by train is recommended since the
station is on the mainline from Salerno, Naples and Rome and offers
a good way to avoid traffic and also save on environmental pollution.
For those arriving by train, we offer complimentary pick-up & drop-off
to/from Ascea station to the agriturism or Hotel Magna Graecia.
Flight to Naples or Rome
Both Naples and Rome are served well by low cost flight operators. Some flights can cost as little as €60 return (and even less).

Airport Bus to Naples train station
There is an excellent bus service from the airport to Naples train station (Piazza Garibaldi). Journey time is 15 - 25 minutes
Buses leave from the concourse just outside arrivals. Tickets are purchased from the driver or the newsagent inside the airport.
