Cooking course
The agrituristic farm I Imoresani has partnered us to organise
short cooking courses based on traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
Our aim is to make you live a unique experience while staying
in the Cilento, trying our traditional dishes and learning how
to cook them.
The courses are organised for a minimum of 6 to a
maximum of 15 people and are held in Italian, English or German.
Program
- Basic course of Cilento-mediterranean cooking
- Typical pasta recipes, pasta-sauces, meat and side-dishes.
- Basic course of vegetarian cooking
- Vegetables-legumes soups, season-vegetables, stuffed vegetables.
- Basic course of cakes and sweets
- Cilento cake, cannoli with cream, traditional cookies.
Development
Morning
- 8.30 breakfast
- 9.00 theory lesson about the food you are going to cook
- 11.00 practice in the kitchen
- 13.00 lunch time
Afternoon
- 15.30 visit to local wine and oil producers
