Pick-up from Vallo Scalo train station (if not arriving by car) and transport to the agriturismo. Welcome. Introduction to the itinerary of the various bike trails. Technical points on the use of the bicycles. Adjustments of the bicycles. Visit to the archaeological ruins of Elea/Velia in the afternoon, time permitting. Evening dinner and welcome. |

Bagage ready for 8 am, before breakfast. Departure at around 9 am. Arrival at Stio 12,30. Picnick lunch. Visit to hand crafted string instruments artisan. Departure for Campora, Laurino and Piaggine. Arrival at the agriturismo for 1700. Possible stop at Laurino to visit the famous conventof S. Antonio and the Cappella di S. Elena. |

Visit to medieval castle Descent to Felitto and stop at Santoianni to see la Casa di Carmelina. Cheese tasting, dance and typical music and songs of the Cilento. Visit to the Oasis Of Remolino.
