First Day: Arrivals, introductions, roam-around and free-time Final day: Breakfast, farewells and departures before 12 noon The intervening days
These
will be occupied with 5 splended treks through the heart of the National Park of Cilento. Many sites of natural and historical uniqueness will be visted. There will also be opportunity for swimming, visits to museums and stops at bars.
Food and Wine Tasting
A very important part of the treking experience in Cilento is the degustazione. This is, simply put, the tasting of handmade artisan foods such as cheeses, salamis, wood-baked bread, wines, olive oil, olives, pickles and of course mozzarella.
5 days trekking in the National Park of Cilento
1. Gole del calore It is an amazing trek for the flora and fauna you can see. It guarantees closer contact with nature and with traditional rural life. It is also possible to taste local products (wine, oil, cheese and bread) in a typical peasant's house.
Duration: 4 hours.
Difficulty: Medium. About 7 Km

2. Punta Tresino This is a particular trek with wonderful views because it is on the coast of the national park. People can appreciate the deep perfume and the colors of the mediterranean vegetation. It is possible to stop at a winery to taste some good wines and to have a swim in the sea, near Castellabate.

3. In the heart of Cilento This is a striking trek that allows a full appreciation of nature, life and traditions of the Cilento. There are several stops among which it is worth mentioning the old town of "Roscigno Vecchia" and its museum of peasant art; visit to the ornithology museum and then afterwards to a farmhouse where people can taste honey and other products ("ricotta" (cheese), bread, wine and oil) and learn how they are produced.

4. Bay of "Infreschi" A breathetaking trek on the coast of the National Park of Cilento. It takes some hours of traveling from the agriturismo but the view and surroundings experienced when you arrive are well worth the effort. The arrival is in the "bay of Infreschi" an ancient natural harbour that has been used since the times of Magna Graecia. A packed lunch on the beach is included as well as a nice warm swim in the sea.

5. Mount Cervati A beautiful trek on the highest mountain of the National Park. People will arrive in a mountain refuge where they may have a packed lunch, relax, read and otherwise forget about the world.
